RentCast is a great tool. At a minimum we us rentcast weekly and often daily to help us understand rental prices for the properties we manage.

Rentcast data goes wide and deep with many very useful and attractive reports I used for questions as described above and also monthly newsletters to over 120 clients as well as blog, Facebook, and Linkedin posts and articles. I highly recommend this tool to any that are serious about real estate. I would also like to add that my experiences with their client service was excellent. I found their help timely, responsive and highly relevant.

I own a property management company and although I do my own Rent Market Analysis, I lean heavily on RentCast.io to triple and double check. I especially like their market reports!

As a small time investor, this is the most useful tool I have been able to find for running comparable rents

I was a fan of their other platform, Dealcheck, which brought me to RentCast. Unless your paying way too much money to CoStar, it can be difficult to get rent comps. However this platform is cost efficient and easy to use. It is easy for me to screenshot this and plug it right into a marketing packet.

It isn't easy to get proper rents for multi-family, so I have to fib the property and enter it multiple times to get the units correct. This is fine but the 25 cap in the pro is hardly pro.

There's other features I'd like to add but if the main purpose is to track rents, the above is my main issue.

The other issue is it seems to error a lot when pulling the data.
