I purchased a Galaxy 8 plus and waited till the date it was suppose to be shipped only to found out that there was none in stock and to be back ordered. Then decided to get a Wii U and also that was suppose to be on back order and was told that I should purchase something else. So most products looks like there always out of stock, But the problem is you never know until the date it's suppose to be shipped out, Only to be told, it's on BACK ORDER!!!! And should order another product!!! Not sure to take another chance or go to someone else that will have there item's available that's advertised.

I placed an order for a Television 7 …

I placed an order for a Television 7 days ago. I was contacted on Saturday and told it was no longer available. I was offered an equal replacement. I called on Monday 08/07/2017 and they had not fixed the issue. They then "got my confirmation" for the replacement. I called yesterday and was told that the replacement was no longer available. I chose another television and it was not going to be available for 2 - 3 weeks. Finally, I chose one that supposedly will be here in 7 days. When I look at my online account, the order status had not changed and I have a television in my cart that is not what I was told was being ordered. When I call the customer service number, all but one person (Mike) seem to be confused and I still have no answer as to if I am gonna receive a television, when I will receive it, or if it will be the right one. Now, I can not get them on the customer service number, I get a "leave a message" This very frustrating.

I placed a order for my product on 06/02 and did not receive it until 06/22 would call about my order and got the hardest time with agents and supervisors. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Told me I would get a 5.00 discount on my order for the first 6 payments made the first payment charged me the full price did not give me the discount. Called and told them about it they said we will take 10.00 off your next payment when the second payment came up they wanted the full payment.You ask them form information they would tell me I will send you a email or contact you in a few hours nobody called or emailed me back.They were suppose to send my bank a transaction of when they took money out of my account my bank have not received it yet they give you alot of run around but, they want you to give them all of your information.

Worst Customer Experience Ever! Feel I am being scammed!

I ordered a laptop on July 10th. It is now July 27th. No Laptop and no real answers. I was given 2 tracking numbers. One was for an delivery to Nashville when I live in NY State. The other was a tracking number that just didn't update. I called the delivering company with them telling me more than once that they had never received the item to deliver. Every time you use the online chat on there website. They always say it will be delivered tomorrow. I was told tomorrow 11 days in a row! They have lied to me on so many occasions with which I did screenshot the number of different stories they have told me. I have asked to cancel my order over 20 times! They still proceed to tell me to please wait until tomorrow. Jack at rentdelite came across as though trying to be helpful and resolve the situation but it just kept getting delayed. There is more to my situation which I am still trying to get resolved but just being given the run around all the time. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in any company! I advise everyone to stay clear of this unprofessional company. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated, angry and tired! As of today when I told them I want to cancel my order they said my order would be delivered today! I have had a UPS driver deliver my area today and guess what! NO ORDER! Please stay away from this company!

It took almost two weeks for me to get my order filled and shipped. I called every day and they told me that it would ship the next day, but it would never ship. When it finally shipped it took almost a week to get to me. The verification process is a joke. I send them the correct information and every time I called to find out when my order would ship they would ask if I sent the information that they requested. Can they not see that I sent that info? They say one thing and something totally different happens. I am happy with my phone, but it makes me wary that the whole lease is going to be bumpy.

If i could give no stars i would have. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did the whole process take weeks, they then sent me a lesser phone than what I had ordered claiming the manufacturer stopped making the other one and never bothered to call or email and ask us what we would like to do. The wrong phone arrived in a box with no protection and the phone screen was dirty. And now to top it off, I have to pay return shipping to send them back the wrong product they sent to me. I do not suggest ANYONE ever order from this company unless you want a bunch of disappointment!
