Dom & House apartments Gdansk.
Stayed at the Dom & House apartments in Gdansk. Apartments very centrally located, clean, modern and had everything needed for a short break.
All correspondences with Renters/via Booking.com was excellent, would recommend this apartment to anyone heading to Gdansk.

We stayed in an appartment in wraclow that was very nice. Check-in check-out was simple and we had possibility to be in contact with someone of the agency that replay to our question also late at night. We would appreciated a bottle of water in the house, but apart from that, everything was really nice and well organized.

We stayed at Więzienna 21A/23A…
We stayed at Więzienna 21A/23A apartment in Wroclaw. The location of the apartment was great; it was less than a minute from the main square. The apartment was clean.
The Bad.
Be aware that the flat is very small, we would not recommend staying with more than 2 adults. There is a second sleeping area in the main room being a pull-out couch which would only be suitable for children.
There were not TV remotes in the apartment, and we were unable to use the TVs. We contacted Managment about the issue right away. after several emails back and forth, they wanted us to remove the TV's from the wall, take a picture of the back name plate and email it to them so they could get new remote controls for the NEXT people renting the flat. They made no attempt to correct this issue for us.

Apartment in ul. Dobra 1a/ Gdańsk. Omg this was absolutely awful! Pictures are definitely photoshopped. Place is tiny, imagine seating on the toilet and the sink is literally on your laps! Forget dropping the soap in the shower, there’s no way you can pick it up haha! And customer service was the WORST i have ever had to deal with! Please do not get fooled by images and description! It’s not what it looks like! Oh and nothing worked in there 🤷♀️ such a shame as location was spot on.

Fraud charges after checkout
Be extremely cautious with this company. Two days after our checkout, they charged us for a “missing cup” from the coffee machine — something we never saw or used. There was no warning, no discussion, and no evidence provided.
They claimed this is “standard practice immediately after checkout,” yet the charge appeared much later. After reading several other recent reviews describing the same issue (sometimes with far larger sums), this looks less like an honest mistake and more like a systematic scam.
We did not break or lose anything, and charging guests without consent or proof feels completely unacceptable — if not outright illegal. The apartment itself was fine, but this dishonest practice ruined the experience. Future guests should double-check everything on arrival and be aware of these post-checkout charges

Good apartment, disappointing service
The apartment itself was good and very clean, so no complaints there. However, the service was extremely disappointing from the very beginning of the booking until the end. They never responded through Booking.com, which forced me to always reach out via the website. Any request I had, such as shortening my stay or arranging a late checkout, was refused with no flexibility or willingness to help. Even though the apartment was free for the day, they strictly stuck to policy and did not allow a later checkout. Overall, the poor communication and lack of service overshadowed the otherwise nice apartment.

The apartment was exactly as described
The apartment was exactly as described. Fantastic location, very close to all the attractions but also to the train and bus station. The apartment was clean and had all what we needed. Air-conditioning was a nice addition especially that weather was very hot during our stay. The only downside was that the apartment was pretty dark during the day, but we were out most of the time anyway.

Great aparment
Great views, super location, very clean apartment, easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. Only thing is that for two people for four nights there should be more shampoo and shower gel, and the trash location was a bit ambiguous.
