Renters 

Rented an apartment in Poznan. My white socks were literally black in not even an hour. Dirt everywhere on the ground and massive dust. They claim to have fast response but thats not true. I had to call them to receive a reaction and of course 24 hours later still nothing fixed. WiFi doesn't work, got a towel with a hole in it and no response from the company, never again.

They charge me 230 pln for sofa washing with this message:

You charge me for 230 pln for sofa washing.
Well i can tell you that because of the refrigerator that did not cool my food i had to throw away my
food that i had bought for christmas.
Because of that i was out during the day and only slept in the bedroom , and showered in the bathroom in the apartment.
I did not use the sofa.
I am sorry to tell you bit i can not and have not made your sofa dirty.
So try to scam somebody else but not me.
If you would be a trusted company you would have helped me with the problem of the refrigerator
by sending someone or pay me my money for the food that i now have thrown away.
Shame on you that you try to scam me.

A very comfortable and elegant flat with all needed equipment, very nice location with a good tram/bus connection to the centre.

I recently stayed in a Miedzyborska 8B/40 by Renters in Warsaw and was impressed by the quality and convenience it offered. The flat was well-maintained, modern, and located in a vibrant neighborhood, making it easy to access public transport, shops, and restaurants. The combination of affordable rent and the city's lively atmosphere made it a great choice for both short and long-term stays. Overall, it was an excellent experience, offering comfort and practicality in Warsaw.

Problem with the checking was nothing compared to the rest. I woke up bitten all over my body and face by bed bugs! When I got in touch with them, no one would bother to help. They were only saying, they can't do anything. They wouldn't arrange new accommodation, wouldn't cancel my current one and DO NOT want to refund my money. Now I was forced to book another place, missed my planned appointments due to the issue. I am totally traumatized by this experience. I'll be contacting lawyer in order to get my money back. Never booking through Renters.PL again. We rented an apartment as a last minute booking as our flights were cancelled, however on arrival the place was terrible. The entrance hallway to the apartment complex was filthy and rundown, and there was smashed glass on the ground floor, when we got into the apartment it had a horrible drain smell and I then contacted Renters.PL to arrange to be moved to another apartment (I even offered to pay the additional difference) which they refused and said their 'engineers' had confirmed there was no smell before we arrived (which was a lie).

So instead, I had to result to renting another apartment through a different agent which is 20x better than the one we got through renters.pl, they also made us hire the apartment through their website rather than on airbnb (which was a bit of a red flag) so I am now having to speak with my bank to get a refund for an apartment I have paid but not even used.

I did kindly ask for a refund multiple times but didn't hear back and I had to contact them multiple times by phone which they promised to call me back but they didn't which made me even more angry.

Don't use these crooks, you will get an awful renting experience and have to deal with the grief later down the line.

Perfect... from start to finish. The apartment is a dream and the location is great.

Very nice appartment

The Appartmemt was spacious and well located. The agency handling the apartment was not responsive and not providing any solutions to the problems despite numerous messages and calls. It’s also important to clearly mention in the ad that apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Absolutely amazing stay! The appartment is really pretty. We appreciated full equipment, two great, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and city view. Check in/out system + parking is brilliant. Easy and simple. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday!

Everything was perfect except loud pipe in the middle of the night, it was hard to fall asleep in the living room, except that everything was perfect

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming apartment in Łódź, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations!

The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy, homey feel. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. I particularly loved the large windows that filled the space with natural light.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

Good place for unforgiven rest in the heart of Warsaw

Was a very good flat, excellent location near the main square but it was a labyrinth and a little bit creepy to get in and out the building.
