Not worth the savings
The application worked well but the rental company EASYCARRENTAL was a disaster at pickup. In LAS we took the car rental shuttle and when we got to the center we had to wait for another shuttle to take us to their building 15 minutes away. Unprofessional and really slow. I was the first person in line and took them 45 minutes to call me. Never again.

However, there is something that puzzles me, so I would like to provide feedback as well as an inquiry.
From what I saw on the screen before making payment, I remember that it said that cancellation was possible without conditions up to 24 hours in advance. However, after making the payment, it says that if I cancel even 24 hours in advance, I will have to pay a 20% penalty. If this is the case, how can I trust your company and repeat orders in the future?

The Worst Experience for Car Renting
I booked KIA Sportage and the reservation changed to Ford Eco without any notice, nonrefundable and non-changeable, went to the renting counter they gave me Chevrolet Groove, and you take it or leave it and also no point of refund or change anything, actually was forced to take the car which i did not chose. very bad experience for renting car, I don't recommend your services for anyone else
