Cancel booking because i have debit card and not credit card, and they dont accept bank transfert.

You cannot ask for a better service overall. Everytime I come to Dubai, i am enjoying the experience of different fleet of magnificent cars with very unique colours. Some cars are limited edition and very hard to see on the streets of Dubai. Their delivery service has never disappointed me and cars cleannesses level will astound you. yes it takes some time to refund you deposit but this is how it is with all car rental companies (at least they refund the deposit according to physical/virtual proof.
They gave us the wrong car and promised the right one 2 hours late. Ended up being 5 hours delay to our one day trip out of town. Almost no trip left. Afterwards they found out that their advertising was faulty and charged 70% extra.
When ever they make a mistake and agree to compensate you. Make sure that the guy that you agree with makes his manager agree the same in writing.
If they or their sub dealer makes an advertising mistake they let the customer pay for the mistake and fix the online advertising immediately. Got screenshot of original but they don't care.
They stole my deposit 3 weeks after renting the car (they first released it making me believe everything was fine but then charged it)
