I have only authorized for a payment of…

I have only authorized for a payment of 1 euro 7-day trial through my Apple Pay. However, I realized that I have received an email informing that I would be charged 39 euros after this period which went to my spam folder. Additionally, I didn’t gave an authorization for the payment of 39 euros which is unacceptable considering the fact that I had to give an authorization for the first payment. Regarding the second payment, it wasn’t even a reserved payment which normally I could have cancelled in such case but it was directly withdrawn. This is an unlawful utilization of my banking information hence I have emailed them for a refund. Following that I never received an answer from the support team. I urge rentola.be team to get in contact with me immediately for a refund.

Do not register your email or make any card payments. You may find yourself subscribed without having agreed to anything, and they take money from your account.
And if you try to close the account, they make the procedure difficult… you can barely log in anymore!!

had a trial for 1 euro but did not receive any notification about the next payment a week later. Lost 39 euros for nothing. The site shows only 2 or 3 houses in the area where there are supposed to be much more and there is only limited information in those few. Don't waste your time on rentola.

The subscripiton conditions are…

The subscripiton conditions are misleading and made to make the consumer not to pay attention to the subcription and be charged many days later, once he has forgotten. I have paid 39€ that I did not wish to pay at all - because on top of it all, the website is bad.

Fraudulent Scam - EDITED

Rentola Issued me a refund for my failed paid subscription to their services. Specifically, a continued issue I faced using their website search filters to find accurate rental listings that matched my exact needs. However, when I applied these filters, the listings shown were factually inaccurate - the date of availability displayed on their site did not match the actual information provided on the linked rental websites. This was a repeated occurrence and I was never able to succeed in finding suitable options, so I requested a refund. After my initial refund request, I was refused, however posting a review here prompted the company to reconsider, and I have now received my refund in full for services not delivered. I am satisfied with this outcome, and hope that the rental listings search filter - the primary service function provided by this website - will be improved upon for future customers use.

Do not subscribe under any circumstances

Avoid signing up for their trial. I made the mistake of doing so—they didn’t create my account for an entire trial week, then charged me €39 for a full monthly subscription and only when I tried to stop the subscription - they actually created my account.
ATTENTION:Report this site to Google for deceptive practices. If enough people file complaints, Google will remove the site from top search results or even shut it down entirely!

This info was not being displayed on my full laptop A LAPTOP not a smartphone a whole laptop.

And their services is literally you see something you like you click it sends you an another site and an another site. They just copy paste shit.
