This is really a cheating website which will first charge 1 pound for the first time and then no response from their side. After 1 week they will charge 35 pounds without any further notification. The worst part is they are exploiting the customer with some cheap dirty minded terms and conditions. Going to file a complaint as I have not received any support from their side with evidence.

It’s even worse than I first thought! Avoid the subscription - it’s pointless if landlords do not respond
I was helping my daughter to find a property for a year in industry. I signed up to the weeks free trial to be able to access properties in full. I messaged 3 properties - not one responded. Then without a reminder giving the option to cancel they took a full months payment. Normally I would have cancelled myself and taken full responsibility but it was a very busy week, which I’m sure many people looking for a property and moving to a new city can appreciate. Really disappointed that no one responded and really disappointed that I had no reminder the payment was being taken and no response to my email. It really isn’t a service I could recommend.
24 August - Still had no reply to my email and not heard from Rentola despite forwarding my contact details as per the below 👇 request
28th August I’ve still not heard back from Rentola and now I’ve received an email demanding a further payment 😡

Be careful with this website
Be careful with this website, before you realise it (I didn't realise it myself), you have signed up for a paid subscription and are charged 39 euros via credit card every month. I myself only noticed it after 7 months because I rarely use my credit card. Then I (as a non-Italian-speaking) Dutchman had the utmost difficulty in getting the subscription cancelled. I am convinced that this is the revenue model and that there are many unsuspecting visitors to the website that this happens to. In addition, the service they offer is also worthless, I would not use it even if they were paying money for it.

I subscribed for the week trial, but when entered into my account said no week trial was active, thus, in this way I couldn’t delete the subscription of 39 euros per month.
I tried to contact the customer service, no answer. Now are passed 3/4 months and they still try to charge me, but luckily I blocked the payments (and they keep trying to take the money).
The account I checked the subscription is the same one I received the emails, so it’s impossible that I mistakenly put another email address.
