An absolute scam. I have been trying to cancel since I signed up. U can sign up without a desk top computer but you can't cancel! I don't own a desk top computer. There is no number to contact them and only a robot site. I couldn't log on for days. Impossible to use. Avoid at all cost. Should not be allowed to trade.

SCAMMMM! I subscribed on the 9th and cancelled on the 14th few days apart, but they still went on to bill me 39 euros, when I declined the bill, they sent my account to Intrum, a debt collection Agency with a charge of 79 euros adding 40 euros for legal cost, I think they are working together with this company to scam people, because the debt collection agency doesn't even check the validity of rentola's requests. Rentola has no Customer telephone line, so its impossible to talk with someone. This is a terrible company, do not subscribe.

This company scams people and takes your money. Do not subscribe or do not use their site. In any inconvenience they don't care about their customers. They only care about the money they are receiving from you. They have stole close to a 1000 euros from me and they are only offering to pay back 80 euros. They are a company that are operating in bad faith and they seem to have no problem in making unethical business acts. NEVER USE THEIR SITE!!!

Stay away from this scam website! They are the biggest scammers. They will make you pay 39 euros for bs and then if you argue they will forward your information to debt collectors who will harass you continuously. They provide no updates for subscription end and additional payment.

Fraude gemeld bij Stripe
Like all the others write: collecting money wrongly is their business model.
Paid 1 euro, cancelled. No confirmation so I emailed again. Turns out I paid via another domain after all. And of course they only respond when the 39 euros have been collected.
Stripe activated, chargeback requested. Customer service Rentola Ron does nothing.
To the rest: report your complaint to Stripe their payment processor. The sooner a block is placed on that account the better.
Zoals alle andere schrijven: onterecht geld incasseren is hun business model.
1 euro betaald, geannuleerd. Geen bevestiging dus nogmaals gemaild. Blijkt dat ik ineens via een ander domein toch heb betaald. En uiteraard antwoorden ze pas als die 39 Euro is geïncasseerd.
Stripe ingeschakeld, chargeback gevraagd. Klantenservice Rentola Ron doet niets.
Aan de rest: meld je klacht bij Stripe hun payment processor. Hoe eerder er een block op dat account gaat hoe beter.

Wat vervelend om te lezen dat u deze ervaring zo heeft beleefd. We begrijpen dat het frustrerend is wanneer er onduidelijkheid ontstaat over een betaling en annulering, zeker als u het gevoel heeft dat er niet tijdig is gereageerd.
Het abonnement start met een proefperiode tegen een gereduceerd tarief — een introductieaanbod om de dienst eerst te kunnen evalueren. Na deze periode wordt het abonnement automatisch voortgezet tegen het standaardtarief, tenzij het vóór het einde van de proefperiode wordt opgezegd.
Zodra een abonnement correct is geannuleerd, vinden er geen verdere afschrijvingen meer plaats. Als er toch een bedrag is afgeschreven na opzegging, kan dit betrekking hebben op een lopende factuurperiode die al actief was vóór de annulering, of mogelijk op een tweede registratie onder een ander e-mailadres of via een ander domein. Dit kijken wij uiteraard graag zorgvuldig voor u na.
Wij nemen meldingen over betalingen en communicatie serieus en willen dit graag inhoudelijk met u bekijken om eventuele misverstanden op te helderen.

Never subscribed but received invoices
I am new in the country and I only registered with Rentola on Jul 2nd 2024 and I never attached my bank or credit card information. Today I got contacted by debt collection company that there is outstanding of 79.26 euros with Rentola. I never subscribed or gave any card information and did not opt for free trial. I got a payment reminder in month of July 27 and I immediately responded to it on email to cancel my subscription and delete my account but still no response and I tried paying through the link which does not work. Now yesterday I got call from Intrum a collection company asking for 79 euros that includes subscription fee + collection fee. They do not have option to pay online through link and don't cancel subscription so they are working closely with Intrum (collection company) to do this fraud. It is so frustrating.

As service it is quite useless. Mostly a scam on collecting subscriptions from carless users. Be very careful and remember about unsubscribing, the sub will auto renew and you will not be notified. Then they will sell the invoice to 3rd party for collection.

Completely useless and expensive!
Many of the ads in there are old and not even updated.
You have to pay 40€ per month and many of the ads there require fees to other websites. Better to consider other cheaper options.
After the free 14 days trial they do not remind you of the due payment to take advantage of it, which is completely right since it is specified in the terms and conditions, so I forgot to cancel it and the only email I got from them was one in which they were threatening me to start a trial against me to have the money back plus a fine.
Go somewhere else.

I forgot to cancel my subscription on time. I realised 2 days after the deadline I got chsrged for new period. The guys at service desk were kind to cancel it and reverse the charge despite of clear rules
