No care for customers
Disappointed with highly low care for customers and will never use or recommend the website to anyone.
I was on a search for a home and saw an offer where you can reach out to a landlord for £1. There was only one property that fit my preferences and it wasn’t my top pick but I was getting closer to the time so thought I’d use the offer.
Few days later, I was charged £35 for a subscription I never had any interest in.
I tried to find contact number so I could get my refund but wasn’t able to speak to an agent as I was directed to the website and the call was cut.
I then attempted to send an email to customer service team but as I pressed send, I noticed I put the full stop in the wrong place and when I tried to resend it, there was a note saying I can only send an email after 24 hours.
I sent another email the following day but all now I haven’t heard a thing so very angry and frustrated as I wasted money on services I never received.
I would recommend searching through SpareRoom as they don’t promote false advertisement and have more options for a new home.

Please note that when signing up, you agreed to an automatic subscription renewal after the 4-day trial period. If the subscription was not canceled within this period, it automatically converted into a monthly plan, which is why you were charged £35.
