Easy service to use and good communication

Reserving judgement! I suggested my daughter rent a dress, she found swished and ordered a dress, the money was taken and no dress arrived, plus no communication from the owner until my daughter contacted them to ask where the dress was. They then said they would send it to arrive the next day, but no dress, plus no more messages from the owner. All the refund advice is aimed at having an item you are not happy with, and not how to deal with no rental coming. Asking the owner to cancel the order meant they then arranged a refund. This is ok but has come after a lot of time and without ever having a dress. Such a great idea but if the owners can't respond to orders they should consider not being part of the scheme.

A great service from the seller who arrange the delivery very quickly. The dress was in excellent condition and the description of the dress was spot on. The dress was stunning and fitted perfectly.

Issue with delivery but that was the carriers fault not the lister and was very apologetic
Great idea for outfits for events

This was my first time using Swished, so it took me a while to understand that making a request didn't necessarily translate to a confirmed booking. However, I was able to get a dress I love in time for my office Christmas, and I would definitely use this service again.
