Choosing Renty for my car rental in Dubai was the best decision. They have a wide range of luxury and economy cars. The booking process was hassle-free, and the car was in perfect condition. The support team was fantastic, and no deposit was required!

They deliver luxury cars with maintenance mistakes. Sometimes cars have some kind of problem. One time they delivered a car with PPF film on the front glass and we drove out in the night and almost got into an accident because of the glare the film created. Another time the car didn't have the washing fluid and tge other had some error messages on.

It was Outstanding experience. I chosed 3 cars , for each day of my stay Bentayga, Huracan and I wanted to try electric diferent from Tesla and they had Mercedes. Beautiful cars, clean and smelled freshly. They delivered the cars to my hotel on time. Everyone was so polite. Definitely I will rent again from Renty next time. You are doing great job guys.

As just married we visited Dubai for part of our honeymoon. My husband is a big petrol head so I worked extra shifts to save up to hire him a Lamborghini. We hired this through renty.ae. We paid a deposit on credit card of over £800. We were told we would be refunded within 30 days. We weren't I raised credit card dispute with my bank. The renty.ae then has lied saying we went over the agreed KM, we didn't and have evidence. I completely agree with the other review this company are crooks, they are dishonest and take advantage out of paying customers. The car wasn't even running right it was misfiring they weren't bothered and wanted us to pay extra to rent another vehicle. All i want is the deposit refunded, I will continue to raise this on social media and other platforms so that customers are not treated this way.

I got a mustang without deposit for a day and the experience with renty was good overall.

I never write reviews, seriously this may be my second review ever, but wow this company is great! Let’s start with the best things.

- cars were clean
- punctual pickup and drop off.
- car had an issue with one of the tires coming apart, no questions asked came and dropped us off another car, but newer, took maybe 30 mins as we were stranded, and then gave us the time up on the back end. It was so good I ended up getting another car the next day from them just because the service was so good. I worked with Fazal, man he is awesome! But anyone there can take care of you, they were all super helpful. Answers any of your questions and is truthful when he says call anytime anywhere. Excellent, excellent service.

We took a car from this company in May 2023 for 8 days.
Both the technical condition and the exterior are impeccable. The guys did well, before arriving in Dubai, I wrote to them in a messenger, and they answered all my questions, and agreed to book a car for the dates I indicated. Upon arrival in the city, we called, and agreed on the time of the meeting. When we came to get a car, all the documents were already ready, it only remained to get acquainted with the documents, sign the contract, and make a deposit. The level of customer service is at the highest level.
On my next trip to Dubai, I will certainly apply for this service to this company. For my part, I advise this organization to get a quality service.

If your British don’t even bother, they have separate “deals” for you. Not the good kind. Ads say no deposit, unless your British then you have to pay a deposit because we have the most fines lol. I live here but they discriminate.

The lamborghini I hired was flogged out, had multiple warning lights on including seatbelt and engine, and when I told them, they told me not to worry as it's just a sensor. Furthermore, when I returned the car I was told the deposit would be returned after 21 days. Then when I enquired about it after 21 days, they told me it's actually 28 days and that they meant buisness days, which still didn't actually add up. Then I contacted them again after 28 days and they said they would look into it, then completely ignored my msgs's after that. I still haven't got my deposit and I have to go to the police. DO NOT hire from this business.

During my holiday in Dubai, I rented a car from Renty and was very satisfied with the quality of service. True to say that the car was in perfect condition and fully complied with the description on the website. The companies personnel were very polite, they helped me to choose the right car and quickly processed my documents for the rental. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a safe company to rent a car in Dubai.

We went to the half desert road for drone shots. Like seen in several advertisements (on Instagram) from all different luxury car rental plattforms.

In the contract from renty (or some kind of sub company) it says there is a fine for that. I had to pay 15.000 AED (actually it would have been 30.000 AED, but they gave me a discount..)

After reading lots of 1 star reviews, I am also afraid of not getting back the deposit, since I never received a copy of any contract. They only had a contract for themselfs.

I was planning on booking the same lamborghini another time - but I just realized that renting cars in Dubai might just be a dumb thing to do.

So, better plan 17.5k AED instead of 2.5k AED if you wanna take a ride

No issues with car rental itself however when the guy came to collect the car he told me my security deposit would be returned in 28 days. 6 weeks later I started chasing them up I was passed from one Person to another and still have not received my deposit back. Will not be renting from this car rental company again

I rented one car in january and they are still charging me the security deposit. 2 months trying to get my money back but they wont tranfer me. Better rent with another company

Never got my deposit back!!! No one feels responsible.

Fast delivery etc we made a Video but now they scamed me over 3000 AED.
