Background:
I was searching for a camera for a very special usecase and I really don't know much about cameras and which features are good for different usecase. So I contacted the support we hopefully could figure out which camera would be the best for my needs.
What happened:
I always got a quick response, often with further details for what I didn't asked for BUT everything was very helpful! And I sent a lot of questions - one after the other! ^^ They was always very friendly, helpful and even in my special case with endless questions very patient. :)

Reolink is one of the few companies left that treats you like a human being rather than just a transaction. This shows in their software—which is clearly designed by UX professionals who understand the user—and their support. While everyone uses AI now, Reolink does it right: human assistance is always just one clear link away if you need it.
Most companies become ghosts once they have your money, leaving you stuck in an endless loop with an unhelpful chatbot. Reolink is the opposite. They focus on price-worthy products that are easy to use and, more importantly, they provide genuine after-sales care.
Having owned several of their cameras for years, I can say they grow through customer appreciation. Keep up the great work and the human attitude!

I purchased a NVR and some CAMERAS from REOLINK/EBAY (refurbished). The CAMERAS work OK (including the DOORBELL) but the NVR IS A WASTE OF SPACE, and SUPPORT from REOLINK/UK or online is A DISASTER.
A NVR is meant to RECORD THE VIDEO STREAM so you can see what happens in your CCTV environment. My NVR (RLN8-410) will ONLY CONNECT TO HARD WIRED CAMERAS ON THE SAME E-NET STRING, not through a MESH, and the WiFi cameras DON'T CONNECT AT ALL. REOLINK/UK simply DON'T WANT TO KNOW; REOLINK-SUPPORT simply WASTES YOUR TIME.
SD-CARDS in the cameras work OK, and the ANDROID and WINDOWS APPS can see all the cameras and you can work with them - BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH REOLINK/EBAY or with REOLINK/SUPPORT
