When a camera loses power mid-recording, a memory card fails, or a file transfer gets cut off, the footage is usually still there — but the file won't open in any player. That's where we come in. Upload your corrupted MP4 or MOV and our recovery engine rebuilds the file's internal structure so it plays again — video and audio, not just fragments. We work with footage from phones, DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, action cams, drones and professional camcorders. What makes us different: our engine learns from every recovery. Each new failure pattern an engineer solves by hand becomes something the system recognizes and repairs automatically for the next person. And we're honest about results — if a file can't be recovered, we tell you straight, and when it can, you can preview the result before downloading. We're a young service in beta, built by video professionals who know what lost footage means — sometimes it's a wedding, a concert, or a moment that won't happen twice. Every file is analyzed before we touch it, and you always see an honest result: a preview of the recovered footage before you download, and a straight answer when a file truly can't be saved. Your files are handled privately and removed from our servers after delivery.

Absolutely impressed with RepairMyVideo…

Absolutely impressed with RepairMyVideo — it recovered a corrupted 1.18 GB video file from my Canon 6D that I thought I had completely lost. The repair was fast, straightforward, and the recovered footage came out perfectly, which honestly saved an important shoot for me. Highly recommended to anyone dealing with corrupted or unplayable video files; this service really delivers!
