Good experience

Ive been trying to find a website like this thats not ridiculous high like most. Im a DIY jack of all trades and do auto electrical and diag as a hobby and side gig number 100. Only thing ive found id like, is the ability to see wiring diagrams as a whole versus small pages with tabs back and forth. But the topology views are amazing!!

Needs to be more detailed schematics saying bolt sizes etc and how to take apart and reassemble

If I had known that diagnostic trees were not included, I would never have purchased this manual.

From my experience these manuals that I'm looking at right now does not have complete information so don't waste your money on it don't waste your time go some where else. ..............Re!! That's funny u said that I've been trying to get a refund like ur web site states but so far for days now all I get is the run around ......regarding/ I do have to say as far as customer service and satisfaction I give the. At the beginning I had some trouble with the manual bought, but the customer service answered fast, and the issue was cleared. Sometimes things are not perfect, but great customer service makes it perfect.

Repair Surge had the fault codes and pinpoint test necessary to diagnose the Dodge Journey I was working on. Also, the parts I was looking for had updated part numbers, but most of the wiring diagrams were not available. I couldn’t find any of the major repair procedures.
