Was having trouble finding a manual for…
Was having trouble finding a manual for 2016 BMW 528i xdrive then pounce up on this while I was researching. The repair manual also came with step by step instructions on how to do the repairs. I was able to replace my valve and save thousands of dollars from the dealership.

Customer service experience
My experience was a little bit different because it was more with the customer service. The manual I bought didn’t have as much as I was looking for in it, so I contacted customer service. They were very polite and apologetic and asked me what I was looking for. After I told them, they said they were always looking for feedback like this so they can make their product better. They said they would pass this information on and are always doing updates on the manuals. They didn’t want to lose a customer, but they offered to give me a refund. Because of this experience, I decided to not get a refund and keep it and look for the possibility that they may be making updates to it in the future.

A parts list is not a manual.
The site does nothing but lie and mislead you to purchase a manual. What they sell you is nothing more than a parts list and an exploded view of some of the areas of the car. There are no instructions for removal, testing, or installation of parts. There are no torque specifications listed. Contact customer support and they email you saying they will respond within 24 hours that is also a lie. The site is nothing more than a scam and should be shut down.

USELESS MANUAL
This is actually the first time I ever wrote a review. The manual I received was useless. I contacted the support team the day I purchased this and requested a refund. The reply was that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was not. I sent another request and I am waiting!!

The manual was easy to use and was accurate to my car.
With this wiring diagram I was able to troubleshoot the problem with my Mazda and identify the power module which was bad. I bought the module and replace it myself, thus saving money. Well worth it.

Actually put real manuals on your website. What is on this website is not manuals. When you click on "Brakes" and click on Drum brake R&R, it gives you a single paragraph talking about asbestos. Then 5 bullet points with a single sentence in each one explaining how to keep the work area clean. Stay away!!!! I sent a email wanting a refund. I received a email from "James Collins" saying my request is being reviewed and will hear back within 24 hours. Its been 6 days. Still no word. I have a screen shot thinking I would be able to upload but apparently there is no way to upload it to this review.
