Easy and convenient!

Extremely professional, no headaches delivered as promise

1st Vinfast attempt at getting some work done via Repairwise. Bottom-line - Terrible logistics, poor communication, and no coordination with their 3rd party shops. This is a joke of an attempt at providing both timely and professional work. I'm reaching out to Vinfast for alternatives as Repairwise is unprepared for this level of service.

They have had my car for 5 weeks for warranty work and have done absolutely nothing. My car is parked in the street near there repair facility. It has not moved in in 5 weeks. They send me a text message every week that they are to busy to work on it.

The Service Lead, Eric, is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I was trying out the product to learn more about my car's health - not having any issue or any expectation. The diagnostics came back with an alert on my battery's health. The information was rather cryptic. Eric proactively followed up and explained how to interpret the information, introduced to me the types of services RepairWire and associated shops offer, how they differentiate from the dealers and the ROI difference. Very clear and patient Q&A - I learn tons and now know that there is this growing and affordable network of EV repair or just simple maintenance shops at our finger tips available through RepairWise going forward, where we know exactly what issues there are and what will be charged before we go to the shops.

I received good feedback and inquiries were answered promptly and understandably. The answers were thoughtful with useful information. No one ever pressured me for money or upgraded services either. If I ever need service I will contact them.

I received the answers that I was looking for quickly.

The scan and customer service were top-notch. People respond to questions and the scan is thorough.
