I would always recommend repatch to anyone that needs any repairs done they picked up repaired and delivered my MacBook with no issues.

They fixed the screen and broke the touchbar and refused to take accountability. Had to go to get it repaired at apple anyway. Wouldn’t recommend

I am so glad i got in contact with Repatch. I delayed booking in my screen replacement and was sharing from another laptop because i use my laptop for work on a daily. When explained to Repatch they accommodated to me needs and ordered all the parts they needed before collecting my laptop and within a few hours my laptop was back!.. Repatch have helped me tremendously. They have fixed my laptop numerous times and also fixed my brothers- which apple said was 'not fixable'. There have been countless times where they have offered advice and helped me fix small issues with my Macbook from the comfort of my home. This is the 3rd time I’ve used repatch service and Nick always delivers. Communication is great and timely. Cost is average to what I have researched (so I know I’m not being cheated) and work is always completed to a professional standard.

My items are usually collected within a couple days of reporting any issues (with a 1 hour time slot provided) problems diagnosed, solution quoted same day and work begins immediately I confirm I’m happy to go ahead and payment is made. I recently (28.12.21) gave Repath my MacBook because it stopped working, Nick collected, repairs and returned it today (03.01.22) over the festive season!! Can’t beat that!!

Absolutely amazing service, they picked up the device and fixed on the same day! I would highly recommend this service to anyone especially during lockdown it's super hard to find a shop to get your device repaired.

Back again after they reached out to me to make things right. Lo and behold it was a disaster again. The complete lack of organisation is painful. This isn't really a company run by people - it's a one man band with it's owner only interested in creating profit, than taking time to get organised and work more efficiently. Emails don't get responded to on time and evidently wasting people's time is a passing sport. I am incensed that after our constant to-ing and fro-ing, basic checks and bookings with relevant technicians is a last-minute thought. Perhaps being a social media influencer is the only way to get positive results. Save yourself the bother, and pay for quality instead. And from the looks of things, they're overpriced anyway. Whilst being let down by this joker, i've already managed to contact another company who have already arrived and taken my phone away, provided a temporary replacement device (of a higher specification than mine), provided insurance in case of any damage, and for my device to be returned before the end of play today! Do yourself a favour and research first before committing to this joker!

My phone battery was terrible and needed fixing, it would jump from 100% to 20% in 30 mins I kid you not. Got into contact with repatch and they helped me out in no time. Even during covid and being busy they found a way.
