I'm mentally exhausted. I'm tired of playing. I've wasted so much of my life on Rocket League tournaments, ten hours a day, only to find myself banned for a month for no apparent reason. They say I'm playing for points. What's my fault if my opponent is a noob or bad at the game?

If you're a professional Rocket League player looking for a source of income for your studies or other needs, don't waste your time on this site because you'll get banned. The reason is that you're a professional player who scores ten goals in matches. So what's my fault if my opponent is weak? Should I stop and leave? What kind of stupid ban is this?
If you've set a maximum score limit for Rocket League tournaments, what's my fault if I achieve the maximum score every time I face weak players? This is unfair. This algorithm needs to be changed. And this isn't a reason to be banned for a month. At least a day or two, or even less, remove the matches where there's doubt about the final. When we talk to you, you say it's the final. What kind of poor customer service is this?
Wins
Goals (Maximum 10)
Saves (Maximum 10)
Shots (Maximum 20)
Fix it, or remove the faulty motor causing the problem, or modify it so that it removes the questionable GAMES.

My personal experience with this site was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a high level of skill. If you're a professional Rocket League player, you'll get banned in the first week simply because you're skilled and achieve a lot of points. If your opponent is a noob and you achieve the maximum allowed score, they'll send you a ban without explaining why or how to avoid it, accusing you of manipulating points And when you speak to them, they tell you it's a final decision, that the process is shorter than a month, that it should be a day or two, or at most, that only the questionable matches will be canceled. But they don't care about your time or effort, just that it's final.

I participated in tournaments on Repeat.gg and performed well, but my account was suddenly suspended for alleged “smurfing” without any clear evidence or explanation.
I played fairly and even offered to provide replays of my matches to prove this, but no one ever asked for them or reviewed anything.
I tried contacting support multiple times, but only received automated responses with no human review or meaningful clarification.
When I asked about this issue in their Discord community, my messages were deleted and I was given a timeout despite not breaking any rules. Even when multiple users asked about support responsiveness, their message was also removed.
I have also seen other users experience the same issue, where the tickets they opened in repeat support section were just getting automated replies from a bot, no human review at all, just the same reply whatever you type in the ticket.
This creates a situation where users can be penalized without transparency, without evidence being reviewed, and without any fair appeal process. There is effectively no real support available.
I would not recommend this platform unless they improve their support system and provide proper investigation and communication.

Already ordered an apple gift card twice and after I contacted the support, it got refunded (for repeat coins). Just to clarify, I waited 4-5 days before contacting the support. Now I ordered it on friday and I’m trying to wait a whole week before contacting support again. Is there something wrong with the Europe region apple gift cards or what?

High minumum earnings to be able to withdraw. Some matches may not get counted individually.

Very nice app but sometimes there's problems with the bot verification

Hello repeat,
Honestly this platform is amazing, i joined alot of tournaments and have won prizes, but i have some point, i recommend to enable prizes even the least amount for people who play the 10 games, even if it was 0.10$, i think that will even motivate the players from joining more tournaments and be part of winning prizes.
Thank you!!

It's easy to use and ease to participate it's fun because play ranks now it's not about rank only and it make the game more fun, thanks, but u can make some thinks better like the matches doesn't combined in one on the app
