There are to comments to make.

1st) the bad review about paying for fake feedback yes this dose happen on the internet but if your going to accuse a company of doing this you may want to have something more to say than. I have had dealings with these people ok is that it lol that's neither good nor bad so take that how you will.
2nd) I take my 5 year old son here and I have done so for over a year and when we get in the main building he lets go of my hand and runs to the door to go in and play. In my experience as a father children don't go running to places they don't like. Every time he come out he always tells me he's had a great time sometimes playing with new friends sometimes playing with old but always HAPPY.
P.S this is a genuine review from my last year of experience with this company i trust them enough to leave my only child with them and any parent knows how much that's means.

I can't thank Jo and team enough. My daughter absolutely loves her group, its helped my daughter distress, and express her emations so much. Thanks to Jo and the team.

Our Daughter has been going to Jo for over 6 weeks now. She absolutely loves going & really looks forward to her next session with Jo. Since going our daughter has really calmed down she’s no longer as agitated or easily upset as she was before, she uses all the Mindfullness meditation apps at home & certainly engages very well with the sessions.
We really can’t thank Jo & the repeat for kids sessions enough for all the help & support they have given to our daughter, I know she will be absolutely devastated once the sessions come to an end.

I am the owner of this business and I would just like to clarify that the original post from Steve is in retaliation to a very honest review I left on this site under his very questionable business. SmartKitchenResprays. He is a vindictive, dangerous man and the lies just trip off his tongue. He is now denying that he even sprayed my kitchen, despite myself having messages from him confirming the appointment and then his brother Les turning up to spray my kitchen on the agreed date.
It is confusing however on the off chance that he didn't spray my kitchen (which he obviously did😅) how on earth he could write such a detailed character reference??? Also his brother spent all his time in the kitchen and apart from me popping my head in a few times to offer tea and biscuits, didn't converse with me, so I'm not quite sure how his brother, Les, can also assess, in less than 60 seconds or so, that I am not even fit enough to look after a dog. Yes the other appalling completely fabricated review is the owners brother.
He claims my reviews are false, if you search every single one of these people on Facebook you will find they are all real live people and actually do have links to me as work colleagues or clients. Then try and search people on Smart Kitchen Resprays and you won't find them because they don't exist. I didn't even know you could pay people to do this? Steve clearly does as this is the only reason he has 5 star reviews, he pays for them 😅😅
Lastly, he stated in his reply to my review that I sent alcohol fuelled messages late at night. I again have these messages and mine were sent at 8pm, awaiting his reply the next morning, his were sent at 22.42pm and 3.57am in the morning, giving me an ultimatum to remove my review or he would, in his words "Cripple my business." I am more than happy to send these full conversation threads to anyone who would like to see them

This review has nothing to do with the services of this lady but only to comment as an unbiased individual. The reviewer below is trying to tarnish this good lady's business because his company did a horrendous job and she has complained about it. In return, instead of owning up, he is trying to create trouble for her. I would assume she has had multiple reviews in the last 24 hours because everyone who knows how genuine she is are rallying here to try to counteract this vile man's attempt to destroy her business. Look at all previous reviews and look at the one below. What an awful character.

Don’t read the false reviews people are putting up , I believe they are paying people to do so .I would not have this woman taking care of my dog let alone my vulnerable child .
Ask yourself how can so many reviews have been put up in the last 24 hours !

I have known Jo for many years and she is brilliant at what she does. Keep doing what you're doing you are helping so many families!!

Jo is absolutely amazing - my daughter uses both her mindfulness sessions and also go to mindfulness classes, she thoroughly loves it! Jo is very calming and lovely to speak to ❤️

Amazing support service for children. Sessions have massively helped my 8 year old son. I highly recommend this service to all my friends

I know Jo personally as i have the absolute pleasure of working with her. The mindful sessions she provides for the children are absolutely amazing and I've had the pleasure of witnessing this numerous times. Jo has a lovely, calming, genuine nature and the children absolutely love her, it's clear to anyone who knows her as to why.
She is a star who has an absolute heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.
Anyone looking for mindfulness for their children or themselves I genuinely cannot recommend this lady enough.

Jo is a fantastic lady! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her conduct her mindfulness sessions and the wonderful effect it has on the children. Jo is very compassionate in her approach and ensures all children are tailored for. All whilst ensuring she continuously finds a way to improve her practice, through innovative ideas and own professional development, as she seeks to be the best she can be for the children.

Jo is providing a fantastic service to Children and families .I first heard about Jo from a friend whose daughter attended Jo’s group . My daughter was having some sleepless nights and anxiety . I’d recently had a cancer diagnosis and commenced chemotherapy, seeing her mammy lose her hair was very difficult for my then 6 year old , sensitive little girl .
My daughter LOVED attending and we started to introduce mindfulness into out daily lives and it actually helped me so much through gruelling chemo . My daughter was sleeping better and less anxious I really noticed a massive improvement. I’ll be forever grateful to Jo for that . Sadly covid has stopped us attending due to shielding but as soon as this covid nonsense is over we will be back . Jo is so caring and professional and has a fantastic ability to put children at ease . I 100% trust Jo with my child and I did so at one of the most terrifying times of our lives and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone , who wants their child to feel supported with big feelings and emotions, confidence and resilience as this is what Jo advocates . I think opinion on here should be measured by the results we see in our children as that’s what matters most !
Shame on the individual who left a nasty review. I find it best not to listen to bullies as usually bitter people ! I think anyone with half a brain can appreciate that the parents comments , are the ones to listen to when considering repeat for kids. Xxx

I can’t recommend this lady highly enough. Not only is she super skilled at what she does, she has a genuine interest and passion for mindfulness and wholly demonstrates its benefits in her sessions. Both my children and myself have enjoyed her sessions and they are brilliant at relieving stress and anxiety in children. She has a natural gift putting young people at ease and giving them the skills to deal with stress. This is so important in current times helping them navigate through their worries

I was at a loss last year with how to move forward with my daughter (now 7). We had been referred to many organisations across the town for support with my daughter's anxieties and how it manifested itself into challenging behaviour in the home, but all support was aimed at us the parents and how we could change and adapt our parenting styles. We'd been crying out for support directly for my daughter but each time we thought we'd got somewhere we were told she was too young to work with.
One day during the Christmas holidays I came across an advertisement for Jo's Mindfulness group. I contacted Jo and she replied soon after. We met Jo in January and at first my daughter wouldn't let me leave her side. Jo was lovely and said I could stay in the sessions each week until my daughter felt comfortable with me leaving. After only a few weeks I was able to leave her in the group (now I don't even get a kiss goodbye as she runs off into the room!)
During lockdown my daughter was devastated that she couldn't attend but then Jo kindly offered her time most evenings each week to host live sessions on Facebook. This resulted in not only my daughter laying on the living room floor trying out relaxation techniques but me and my husband doing it as well!
In September I gave my daughter the opportunity to go to dancing class (it's been her dream) but the time clashed with Mindfulness. Straight away she picked to carry on with the sessions with Jo!
My daughter has been working with Jo now for almost a year and it's like I have a different child! Don't get me wrong, she still has anxieties (who doesn't even as an adult) but the difference is she now has a range of techniques to use and call upon when she feels she isn't coping with something.
I'm so grateful to Jo for how she has supported my daughter throughout the year and I would happily recommend her to anyone. x
