I find it very unprofessional and unethical to charge if we return the product. They charge 20% discount (total refund of : €29.99) of the product price. They are the only company that applies such unfair practices to the consumer. Please know that be sure the product is what you need if not you will have a reduction of the total refund (20%).

Amazing service. I booked a repair on my phone and within 45 mins it was back at my door

This was some experience, he came picked up the phone and was back within the hour with my iPhone 13 Pro looking brand new, even gave me a free screen protector. A*** service, price and quality. Would 100% use again!

My iPhone screen smashed a couple of days ago, which resulted the camera and microphone to not work and touch screen was really tricky to use and not particularly responsive. I came across Repho which looked like a well respected company and actually spoke to a friend who had heard of them. I decided to give it a try, being that I work from home and struggle to get out the house in the week to get it fixed.

Repho came to pick up my phone and had it repaired within the hour. I was really shocked by the friendly and speedy service. They did a great job, the phone looks brand new and they also fixed a free screen protector on for me.

I broke my screen a couple of months ago, the crack that had spread from the top right hand corner and spread to the bottom. As a result the touch screen and Face ID stopped working. I went to get it fixed at I Smash and they tried to charge me an extortionate price with extra fee to fix the camera and top speaker. I decided to look around and was recommended Repho by a friend. They picked up the phone at 2:30 and had fixed it all before 3. The screen was of high quality and the camera and speaker was fully fixed. They also added a free glass screen protector!!

I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else to fix my phone, I have recommended it to everyone I know with a cracked screen (and other problems). A shining review for a shining company that is great value for money. You won’t regret using this Immaculate service

Quickest repair service in London! Had my phone back in less than an hour, and have had no problems since. The best part is that I didn’t have to leave my house, they collected my device and dropped it back to me.

My phone did not turn on, I contacted Repho via the website and within 2 hrs my phone had been collected, fixed and back at my door. Great service will use again.
