I had problems with this purchase, my bank contacted me and wanted to stop the purchase as the name of the company seemed to be a fraud. Hence, after I clarified things with the bank I also called rephr, to check if, indeed, the payment went through and I should expect the order, or it was cancelled. The client service representative was VERY VERY helpful, she checked everything and in due time I received the brushes. I really appreciate your products and this encounter reassured me to purchase more products, not only because they are very good, but also because it is a pleasant interaction. Thank you.

The rephr brush 23 is a brush I didn't know I needed, but now can't live without. It's perfect for applying shadow to my lower lash line. It's compact and perfectly designed. Love it!

This company seems to really care that you are satisfied with their products. The brushes are affordable and well-made. There is a brush for any cosmetic routine and especially good ones for eye makeup because they are petite and defined enough for delicate eye product application. Try the 23 and the 29. You won't be disappointed!

Brushes are really nice. Softly diffuse blush as well as being the perfect size for powdering under the eyes.

Some bristles did shed but that stopped after the second time I washed it.

What makes it a pleasure dealing with Rephr is their excellent customer service. Anytime I have a question or an issue, it's resolved, almost instantaneously. Kathryn is amazing! I would definitely purchase more in the future however, the cost in exchange to Canada is a little high for me. But I definitely recommend these brushes to anyone looking for quality Japanese brushes at a very good price!
