They simply used synonyms with no regard to context. TERRIBLE!
Horrible customer service.
I tried canceling my subscription for 2 months now.
Been going back and forth with the e-mails sent to this company, to no avail.
They even said that they canceled my subcripition, just for my card to be charged the next month with the same amount.
Shameful tactic for any company to do.
Don’t buy any subcription, the service if thrash as well.
