Collector box canceled. They didn't even address me by name in the email.
I ordered a Lorwyn box back in September online after being recommended the store by a friend base as a reliable place. (The irony.) This order was canceled yesterday and the email they sent out to mark this cancelation didn't even address me by name.
When I made the order there was no warning in the email about the potential of not having the right allocation - the email stated said they were preparing the item for shipment and would notify when it was sent. I have sympathy as I know some things are out of an LGS's hands but even so there is a lack of communication and lack of empathy. I have not received my refund yet and now everything is £100 expensive, meaning I am currently unable to purchase a box and will miss out on my first ever collector-box experience.
I have to wonder if there was any bias to the cancelation as I am based in Scotland and it was my first time ordering with the shop.
