horrible customer service

horrible customer service
their products are good but the customer service, i think this company just dont give a damn at all. i even had to try msg their ceo on linkedin, but she dont even read msgs at all. their phone number is a joke, its the same women picking up im baffled they only have one person on their customer service team. she literally doesnt care and cant do shit. had to email them 10+ times for order mistake
this company has no upper management at all. tried contacting headquarters everything, no replies. no reponse. stay away.

Products are awesome but customer service is AWFUL!!

I like the products but the customer service is extremely lacking. I placed an order and it was canceled without explanation. I called them about 10 times during business hours and the calls went to voicemail. Once I spoke with someone, she appeared as if I was bothering her and she was not very sympathetic and did not offer anything for their inconveniencing me. There was NO reason why my order was canceled. The addresses and card and everything were all appropriate. I asked to have my order expedited and it was not. The free face masks that originally came with my order because I did subscribe for them at the time were not replaced.

I love the products but the customer service may make me purchase the products through the skinstore or somewhere else.

There was also an issue with the site where I was not able to bundle items. Very disappointing!!!
