I'm not sure what the one star is for but there is no zero option.
I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering from this company.
Ordered an 'in stock' item. Two weeks later asked for an update, told it was held up at customs?!
Turns out it wasn't in stock so they were awaiting new stock from France. Promised it would clear customs the following day and be with me by the end of the week. That was last week.
Now it seems I am experiencing the same radio silence other reviewers have received - no responses to emails.
Thankfully I ordered through Paypal so a refund should be easy.
Avoid - 90% of shops provide the service that we would come to expect these days, this company is one of the 10% not keeping up.

No stock. Poor communication. Tell lies and fob you off with constant delays Don't bother with this unprofessional company.

I should have looked into reviews prior to purchasing. Similarly faced issues with delays, lack of communication and an eventual cancellation and refund. Hugely disappointing. Avoid.

Placed order and paid my money. Waited a few weeks, chased, was told item was out of stock and expected in weeks time. Waited and chased again. Still out of stock, with no clarity about availablity. Ended up requesting a full refund. Had hoped for item for Christmas celebrations. No time now to sort alternative. Disappointing service

I telephoned the sales department to check availability, the telephone was answered on the 3rd ring and a friendly, helpful person checked stock and informed me I can order for a delivery within 2-3 weeks. This had a few days delay only because of the Easter holidays..
Placed my order for 1.5mtr Ficus, after 2 weeks i emailed customer service for a delivery update, I received a reply within the hour asking if I would like my order within the next 2 working days or can it wait to be delivered early the next week.
My order was swiftly delivered and I received a 1.5 metre quality, bush, ficus tree,
I received a friendly, professional services, the communication was prompt and the item received was a quality item and well worth the cost.

Ordered at the start of this year. Its coming up to 2 months and still no delivery! This is not how you run a business people. Avoid unless you enjoy stress

Originally when ordered stayed 3 days delivery!! They didn't let me know, I had to chase and then send a new one and still no delivery 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

We ordered the Bowood Hedges & Artificial Boxwood Balls for the front of our house.
We purchased these in Mid Feb 2020, we was advised that it would take 4 weeks to make and deliver which was fine, Charlie contacted me regarding the time frame as of the covid 19 as this had delay things.
Charlie emailed me every week to update me on the situations and tried there hardest to get these out to me asap.
All I can say is that we had a great services and the communication was spot on, once they arrived we were over the moon with the quality and finish.

The worst company ive ever come across. Took months to get an order I plced in writing with exact measurements. The order was badly packaged so arrived damaged. Had to wait in again and again to get damaged plants back to them. Order was also wrong. Twice as big as ordered. 2nd attempt my order had to go back again. As a goodwill gesture after being really rude to me they offered me another plant. It never came. Ignored all attempts to contact them. They dont send you what you clearly ordered. They send order lose in a massive box so it gets damaged. Imply all this is my fault and go back on their word. 3 months to get what I ordered is ridiculous. 6 times I waited in for courier when I had to be at work. AVOID at all costs.
