Do not trust!! I ordered 2 watches and sent it back for a refund because it was labeled as mens but they sent me the womens size... I kept asking for my refund for 2 months everyday and no reply

I wish I could review this website before to buy. I received my watch and after 3 months they stopped working. I contacted shipper and he told that its normal. I dont think that any watch for $500 should break in 3 months especially then you barely wear it. I shipped it back and requested a refund since I don't need such a bad quality product. Its been 4 months and I still haven't received a refund or watch back. I had to open a dispute with my credit card but shipper rejecting to refund money.

This company is 100% reliable. I have ordered and received two montblanc pens and a case for both and received them in good time. They answer ALL emails in a prompt and timely manner. I have just ordered another pen and even though it is the Chinese New Year i still got an answer by email from Maria.
They are a super efficient company and I would have no qualms whatsoever recommending them.

Ordered and paid for items using Papal. Items never arrived and their own website delivery system said they had been delivered to a ‘depot’ in the UK, not my address. This is not a normal delivery service. They refused to supply me with proof of delivery or even confirmation of the address they ‘delivered’ to and stopped responding to my emails. They will not send replacement items. Tried resolving through PayPal but that does not provide the protection expected as Paypal said they gave them ‘proof of delivery’ which I guess is from their own delivery monitoring system and is false information as the items were not delivered. Total waste of money - avoid at all costs.

Communication was excellent and the products are far better than I expected. Will have no issue ordering pens or watches again

DONT BUY IT !!! I spend over 350 quid on a crap watch .... paid extra for a "Swiss made" ... delivery take over month... watch is scratched, looks cheap and whole mechanism that is inside MOVE when you shake .... ohh forgot that the strap falling apart after a week ........ thanks a lot maria......... KANTS !!!

I bought a panerai submersible a week before Christmas.I never expected it to arrive so quickly. Especially with the Chinese holidays right around the corner. IT arrived 2/1/20.
Looks fabulous keeps great time and quality construction.

I bought a replica IWC BIG PIlot . Delivery was quick .Paid through Paypal. The watch looks great. Dial, case, strap, all very nice.
The movement is crap. If that is a quality Japanese movement, as advertised, I'd be astonished.It is not .Barely runs overnight. Runs varying times ,sometimes a few hours, sometimes a little more. all after full winding. I considered fitting another movement but that's throwing good money after bad.
I could not be bothered sending the watch back and going through all the rigamarole. I'll put the purchase down to a rash decision and never go near a replica again.

never arrived.. either the other reviews on here are actually fake (easily done) or they are real but the ''company'' only sends out some of their orders... not received my parcel and was given a tracking number that doesn't work... from the other comments on here lots of other people have had the same thing happen to them.. if you want to take the risk up to you but im telling you i got nothing from them and no help to resolve it.. they send with ''dutch parcel'' but from what i can see it is a fake company..

I bought a watch from this site one of the most expensive copies they have. The steel strap was impossible to make smaller due to the screws being so small no screwdriver could undone the links. The hands and minute markers do not illuminate at night.
The offer from them was not a replacement it was 40% of another watch or the cost of the leather strap that I’d bought because the original strap couldn’t be made smaller. After many emails asking for my money back and this watch being returned with no chance of that ever happening I had to accept £41.68 in compensation for a £124 watch that is faulty. I’d not recommend buying from this company.

Great service and lovely watches. Even when a watch was out of stock my refund came back really quickly. I'm looking forward to adding to my watch collection in 2020.

Bought from these back in August and unfortunate to have my watch sustain some damage. I contacted Chris who advised me to return it which I did in November. I was contacted approx two weeks later to say that they had received my watch and then again around another week later to say the watch had been repaired and was on it's way back to me. They provided the tracking number etc and on friday my watch was delivered. The watch is like new, the quality is superb and the company can be trusted. The timescale is obviously a lot longer than most for obvious reasons too. Patience is the key.
