As I was writing the title to this review I could almost see my reply rep saying "the title of your review is a bit too long"
seriously these guys are great

Reply is a strong sales enablement platform as a reasonable price for small startup teams. They offer a great user interface that's intuitive and I've barely noticed any lagging in the site's performance. They have great customer service and I see them working hard to improve their offering. Keep up the great work!

We had an issue with our email, they were not going out correctly. It took about 5 days to completely resolve the issue with a lot of back and forth with the Reply team but finally, the issue was resolved. The support team is very cooperative in resolving the issues.

I felt both employees who helped were condescending and not willing nor able to understand the issue I was raising.

I had to reach out to the sales team to set up a call.... It seems like this is a clear bug in the platform. The customer service team is rude and unhelpful.

Whenever I have problems, the reply staff gets back to me quickly in the chat, and they always go above and beyond to help me take care of my problems. They walk me through how I can fix each of my problems.

Reply.io is reliable to help me navigate their platform. They are always available to give me tips, answer questions, or troubleshoot issues. My email production has skyrocketed after activating Reply.

There are some features that doesn't function logically which I've voiced it already with the CS team. However, there is one thing I didn't mention is that this month there were several times that I couldn't add leads manually at all. It would load but then once the page is loaded the lead wouldn't be there. I had to try more than 10 times to add a lead and it was a bit frustrating. Besides that and other concerns that I have shared with you, overall you did pretty well! :)

Reply has really helped us scale our outbound efforts at a good cost and build our outbound program from scratch. There is a lot of good functionality in terms of templates, A/B testing, positivity/length testing, and so on. Overall really happy with the platform and the excellent customer support. The rare times we have any issues, customer support has been very prompt, courteous and supportive.

Their solution helps me scale my sales outreach. It's easy to use, intuitive design and the data it shows makes sales outreach actually enjoyable! Customer support is terrific too. I highly recommend it.
