Reply.io significantly boosted our outreach efforts. Its automation features definitely streamlined our email campaigns and saved us countless hours. Contact-specific customization of the emails is also an amazing feature for when we want to personalize our messages further. The availability of analytics was also helpful, which provided insights that allowed and continue to allow us to recheck our strategies. Certainly, I see our team continually using this platform in the succeeding years--it is already indispensable for us.

Reply.io has been our go to platform for managing outreach. The consolidated inbox make it easy to manage communications with leads and the sequence builder is intuitive. Reporting is simple and api access helps deliver notifications for tasks and actions needed to slack and other channels.

Solid multi-channel tool and one of the best I could find! It does have a learning curve. Not everything is intuitive, but the program is complex and thus very customizable. The Customer Support via Chat is amazing! Special shoutout to Yurii, Viktoriia and Natalie!

What I am missing is:
- LinkedIn Voice Feature
- Adding Pictures to LinkedIn (currently only attachments)
- Onboarding Call (to make the entry a little easier)
- Tutorials (a lot is learning by doing)

But hope that this will develop soon!

We just migrated our data from Apollo to use Reply. To be honest, our team had some difficulties getting used to the new platform. But we received support from Reply's chat bot and the Reply support team very quickly. So most of the issues were resolved within the day. Besides, the email quality evaluation function is very useful as it tells us about spam words and reading level.

Reply.io is now tops in my book for outreach. From the LinkedIn automation to email infrastructure to sequences settings, it's robust and can do everything in that department. This saves me tons of time as a small team. The analytics is pretty in depth too.

I took off one star because it's advertised as all-in-one sales tool but the data is subpar. I wanted to replace Apollo entirely with Reply but still need to use Apollo/Clay to generate lists of leads. Their Chrome Extension is also not as good as Apollo's for prospecting.

Very timely and proactive help. In addition to quickly addressing my question within a few minutes, Iryna proactively pointed out an issue with my time zone and sequence setting that could have caused further delays. Hence, I was able to address issue quickly and keep my sequence email going in no time.

Not saying it's simple. outreach platforms must be complex to get you all the the features you need to get your campaigns hit hard & right. a simple outreach software is a kids-play.
