I had 2 servers and one of them is deleted today. Balance warning email sent by repocloud on saturday and I missed it on monday I see that my server is gone. Sent thousands of tickets to understand whats going on they've unpaused my other server like a f..ing joke. The most unprofessioanal platform that I've ever seen. I wanted refund as well but still waiting a proper response.

Auto Scaling Trap

I used to use their services with great admiration — until they introduced auto-scaling. After auto-scaling was enabled, I noticed that despite having very simple workflows and only a small number of them, the system was somehow consuming excessive resources. Because of this, I was constantly being charged more and pushed to upgrade my plan.

I contacted them by email to request disabling auto-scaling, but they told me that this was not possible. (They dont warn you before you activate it + There is no warn on their website in any page about it)
Scam.
