It was OKAY. I ordered my regular size but didnt end up fitting so i exchanged back for a larger size but getting customer service to respond to me in a timed and promptly manner was an absolute failure. Your team takes FOREVER to respond back compared to any other brand i buy from which is alot, especially high end designer brands. The fact that you guys dont provide an actual customer service telephone number and just rely on email is atrocious and really pitiful. Wont be buying from you guys again unless i get a giftcard or something as a gift from a friend or something but other than that its a no go for me. Unless you guys wanna make things right with me

I ordered 3 items on the 25th March and…
I ordered 3 items on the 25th March and have received one of the items which I am happy with. The other two items were two Mel’s diner caps which were for pre-order.
I wanted the hats for a holiday and I knew they were pre-order but almost two months has gone by and I haven’t received any kind of update on when they will be released and my emails have been ignored.
I’ve been buying represent since 2014 and this is the first negative experience I’ve ever had with them and is not the service I’ve come to expect from the brand as I’ve always had positive experiences.
I’m now at a point where I just want the money back for the hats as pre-ordering something and paying in full to then be waiting 2 months later with no update just feels ridiculous. I’ll purchase some other hats from somewhere else on holiday, not a problem, but I just would like a response and for someone to process my refund/cancel the pre-order otherwise they may just turn up in time for a 2027 holiday.
