Charge you for quid to send a item back never had that in me me life

don’t buy this cheap stuff. washed it and the letters come off and now the reflective lines have came off

Don’t buy this cheap overpriced clothing it’s so cheaply made with a massive price tag literally bought it yesterday washed it once and all the R/s came of would defo not purchase again

Lettering comes off on a 30 degree wash the other brands I’ve had for years and still in tact absolute joke for the price

Purchased the reprimo ventus coat for £180. Was expecting it to be a bit more durable and outer material yo be a bit thicker for the price. It is really flimsy. The outer material is like tracing paper. Only 1 week old and has a hole in it and also a bit of big rip/tear. Got this for my 15 year old son for christmas. He has had it on 3 times. The 3rd time being the last. He walked past something and the coat got caught on something sticking out.

It's just as well the gear is decent, because the customer service is appalling. Delivery is also as slow as Jordan Pickford. I'll never order direct again, I'll use other sites. Not even worth 1 star.

Emailed customer service which was shocking, zero help or accountability.

Placed an order £150 delivered to my pick up which then got sent back straightaway before i could collect got tracking details emailed 5x or more and not 1 reply about sending back to me iv now asked for a refund again been emailing for 5 days straight not 1 reply. Would never buy from this company again customer service is very poor, infact don’t think they even have a customer service department reading other comments.

Recently brought a tracksuit set and when it arrived I was more than happy with the quality and fit however after a few wears the logos are all hanging on all three garments I’ve tried to contact directly with zero response I do understand that clothes wear out and get tatty but 3/4 wears for £200 is a joke in my opinion never see another penny of mine

Shocking, customer service is a disgrace i ordered some items says delivered not found it, emailed about 5 times and ignored, then emailed and said look in my safe place, well sure that was the first thing I did. Still not had a reply, won't be ordering again!! Update 5 days on still no refund, was informed yesterday refund was sent, still no refund or email to confirm, sent more emails today and ignored once again, so Reprimo where in touch and said on Thursday I would get a refund, it is now Wednesday the following week and still not had a penny back, sent more emails and guess what been ignored once again!!

High quality tracksuits. First time i have purchased from Reprimo and won't be ordering elsewhere going forward. Would highly recommend and the tracksuits fit perfectly and look and feel amazing. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pair of zip pocket shorts from Reprimo. I was desperate for them to arrive in time for my holiday, and reached out to customer services for help expediting the shorts to my Mothers address.
Jazmine could not have been more helpful.

Awful quality second pair pants now an both time the string falls out on them.

Placed an order. All clothes were Asian size. So for standard Large it’s real Medium and for Medium it’s actually Small.

Contacted for return and was given QR code. Returned with EVRI.

Over a week Reprimo is not receiving package. Asking me to provide a return label photo. I provided tracking number which stated that EVRI couldn’t deliver return parcel no support and no cooperation from Reprimo. Asking for full refund and no replies. The only option is to open claim with a credit card.

It’s expensive items and sizing is way too small. Very upset about customer service when it comes to issue refund or process refund. Will not recommend. Will open claims. They have no reviews on Google or Trustpilot other than this one. Says a lot about
