When this company first reached out to me, I was very hesitant. I get marketing from lots of different companies for various services all the time. With the shorter review history of this company (they started in 2024) and not having heard of a service like this before, I was pretty skeptical. With all our other legitimate reviews, we still had 4.9 stars, but the one star review still was a pain. Because ReputationEase doesn't charge until the actually get the review removed and there were a decent amount of reviews of other people stating they had a good experience using ReputationEase, I figured I would give it a shot. The next day, I got an email from google that our one star review had been removed already. I double checked and verified it from my end, and the one star review is gone! Our google reviews are back to legitimate reviews only and the full 5 stars overall! If you are in doubt or nervous that this company may be some sort of scam, I can tell you from first hand experience that they are not!
