I placed an purchase for order # 3545. November 29th it is now December 25th and I still haven’t received my order. I tracked the tracking number they gave with usps
LR092992959CN and it says it was delivered to an address that is completely different from the address on my receipt. They have not even attempted to contact me. Now I have to dispute several orders I made with my bank!

Updating my review to let people know this is NOT A SCAM...watches arrived this morning however be aware the quality may be different from what is advertised.

It took 5 weeks from order to delivery however during that time they notified me to let me know their shipping partner had sent my order to the wrong country (They seem to have a lot of issues with Shipping partners!) However, when they re-shipped under Express deliver I received the order in 10 days and that's over a Christmas Period from China!

However, due to the slow response to emails and the fact one of the watches I received did not match the quality of the one advertised on the website I would only give this company 3 stars. Is not a scam but it ain't amazing either, however for the price I paid and the free delivery I can't really complain.

UPDATE: Had the Cartier Watch checked and it passed all checks in regards to being genuine! So I'm bumping this up 1 star....However as stated earlier the Hublot I got didn't look the same quality as the one on the website.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The customer care, speed of delivery and most importantly the prices are all fantastic. This is my second time using them and I'd happily recommend them to any other watch enthusiast.

Rep watch club will not respond to any of my messages. They promised to resend my watch on October 3erd. I have copied and pasted the email I received from them on the above mentioned date. I had another order with them that actually arrived after being sent to the wrong address just like the order I am still waiting on. If you read their email you'll see where they promise to resend my watch via DHL on a three to four day ship. That's the last time I've heard from them. I would gladly leave them a great review if they would do what they promised and send my the watch I purchased. I will update the group according. I am also about to post this on all the other forums which I belong to if I don't here from them soon.

Update November 25th 2023.

My review was flagged by Rep Watch Plug because it had my name, the name and email address of the customer service person who sent the above email. I wish they would do what they promised. I haven't heard from them in months and their first correspondence is flagging my review to hopefully have it removed on a technically. If they would do as promised I will update review to say they came through.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing with Bitcoins, you know, with all the risks since you can't get your money back. But lo and behold, RepWatchplug pulled through! I placed my order, and not only did it arrive, but the quality was top-notch! It was a scary venture, but I’m so glad it turned out great. Kudos to RepWatchplug for their trustworthiness!

The communication might have been bad, but I think there just so busy that it's hard to reach everyone instantly. I received my watch after 12 days and I'm satisfied with the item I ordered! It's a very good quality/price! I continue to order 2nd watch because I compare the quality and price to other website and I think this is the best!

When you order they sent wrong zelle info with fake phone number and They send a email for the payment. If provide TXID They'll say "we are changed zell' Account.
Like this you can simply lost money!!! BEWARE!!!

In response to your reply, I am only a customer that purchased a moissanite watch. That’s what I meant by real real stones, and the watch was not in any way in possession of any moissanite stones. All are CZ. Your company just miss handled the business I included email context in my other review

I was told I was gonna get a refund today after 40 days have passed on my original order USPS has not received anything as of yet the tracking number still says USPS awaiting item These people are scam artists they claim that they send real watches other people have received fake watches that did not meet what was expected from the websites advertisements they sell CZ’s instead of moissanite or real diamonds

Wow I can’t believe you would say that. I have diamond jewelry in yes I made sure my diamond tester was working you know you sent me CZ watches because you did not respond to any of my emails after I told you about the watches. You sir are really a joke, I encourage anyone who got a watch that was supposed to be moissanite diamond’s to get it tested and anyone thinking of purchasing with these crooks to not to he will answer all emails as long as you are happy with the watch but the moment its a problem with the watch in you want a refund he will not respond to any of you emails.
