Technical wizards, knowledge, honesty ,and professionalism

I recently moved to Copenhagen and I started looking for electric cargo bikes, I found many, but the common denominator was old, crappy electric systems and no warranty. Right when I was giving up, I saw an add about a Butchers and Bicycles (great design and functionality), but the add was from a company called Reride. I did not know about them, so I contacted the company and I started asking more questions about the bike. The bike was a used non-electric bike that was repurposed and turned electric. The back wheel was rebuilt with even better standards than an original B&B. The battery had more autonomy than regular electric bikes (around 800 Wh), and the motor that these guys provide has an electronic clutch that protect the motor when changing speeds. I got answers to all of my questions, and not just that, I received advice, technical knowledge and comparisons and parallelisms between the bike that they were selling and other brands in the market. I got to know the 2 soon to be engineers founders of the company that were kind, professional, flexible and above all honest and trustworthy. Price was more than fair, and they also provide warranty over the electric system. I ended up buying the bike and I am more than satisfy, The motor feels natural and provides the needed power to move around the city, even when going uphill. If you are looking for turning your non-electric bike into electric, or buying a used electric bike that will be safe for you and your family, contact these guys.
