I placed an order for a shirt on this website three weeks ago. So far, I have not received any updates regarding the shipment. I also reached out to customer service via email three times but have not yet received a reply.
The website mentions that I can request a refund by email, but I was unable to get a response through this method as well.

Its a scam, bought 3x box Ralph Lauren. They sent an email that sayed it was on its way but it never arrived. Everything looked good the website and their tiktok account where they show when they pack goods for the customer but all this is fake!!

This company is a whole scam!!! I’m furious. I paid for my order and never received anything. The communication was just as bad, no response, I have sent 2 mails if they can help me but I never got a response. Its completely frustrating. This company wasted my time and my money. I will never order here again. And my advice for you is to not order here!!!

I orderd for more than 3 weeks ago and still haven’t got anything. They sent an email after a week saying the package was arriving late. But still it never came. DO NOT BUY! SCAMMERS

Two weeks ago i orderd for around 200 euro's.
I saw some ads on Tiktok. At the comments of the ads none received their orders, so this says enough. Now the ads are removed and you can't read the negative comments anymore.
I am still waiting for delivery of my orders. One time i had contact with the chat on the website but happened nothing. Do not buy here. first time in my life i got scammed.

I placed an order on this website but never received any shipping information, updates, or communication from the seller. They did not respond to my emails, and the customer service chat on the website also remained inactive. Many other customers who ordered from this store have contacted me to share similar experiences, so it is not just my own case. After taking a closer look, I noticed several red flags: the store claims to have been reselling for 7 years, yet there is no verified activity or reliable reviews anywhere. The website looks outdated and rarely updated. They recently added “customer support,” but it appears non-functional. I also noticed that the accounts that requested unboxing left comments just an hour ago, while the older accounts were ignored. These two new accounts, however, were not ignored and posted “order packing” videos (in tiktok). This makes the activity look staged rather than real.I was also shown the owner’s Instagram, where they post photos and videos, spending the money received from customers on clothes for themselves, while ignoring and misleading people who ordered products. Based on my experience and reports from other customers, the website does not seem trustworthy, and I would advise others to be cautious. Also they’re not based in the UK as claimed,but in France.
