Definitely Will Stay At This Hotel Again
We stayed for a couple nights last week. Very nice hotel. Quiet, friendly staff, bed was comfortable & good location. Did not hear road traffic at all. Nice breakfast. Great coffee! Definitely will stay there again!

At first I was happy with how easy it was to book and it would have been worth the extra hidden fees to make things easier on myself. Then when I arrived at the hotel, they did have a reservation for me. That part got handled and then in the morning I got a call from the hotel manager and she said the room wasn't payed for and they needed a card to charge. Mind you I have a sick child that I was taking from one hospital to the next. It took me all morning until about 30 mins to check time for me to get everything hashed out. Even then im not sure the hotel got there money. It was a horrible experience and put me through very unneeded stress. I wouldn't recommend using this. They said they would give me a refund, but im sure that is true.

Room could use some upgrades. Needs better shade on window, the street light was so bright it was hard to sleep. Lot of people in the hallway making noise all night again didn't get any sleep. Will not stay here again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The agent advised me poorly, and I cancelled a non-refundable reservation while on the phone with her, then she told me I couldn’t get a refund AND I couldn’t have the reservation back. Thieves!! I got the hotel to approve the refund and they got the money back and still wouldn’t refund me, so I got them $350 that the hotel meant for me to have because I booked directly with them after the nightmare of booking through their website. Never use this untrustworthy company, they just book through Expedia and other websites anyway.
Thank you for the phone number that I have called multiple times and was denied access to a supervisor and was told different information by each agent. Train your staff! I will be making a complaint to the BBB and have reopened an investigation with the credit card company because the hotel sent confirmation that they approved my refund but you won't give it to me. Not a good way to run a business.

Bait and switch
I originally looked at a specific hotel with a hottub on deck & selected the 1 bedroom suite as your site had a great cost. As soon as payment went through I looked at the suite details. No hottub.
I called reservations line & the guy coukdnt help answer so I called the actual hotel. He said a suite with hottub wasn't even an option those dates. I called back to your reservations line. The lady said she couldnt move dates & to cancel and rebook for the dates the hotel said. Once I canceled that room & price were gone. I had to go to another 3rd party, to book. Mind you this was my 1st time trying your services
