We are now one month after my disastrous experience , trying to get the additional money I had to pay to get my car @Hertz in Munich, and guess what: full radio silence!

The support is playing with you when you have problem, the after sales support is completely silent when you ask for a refund that the support has promised you...

Scam

Been told we can pay with the debit card when we pick up the car and it wan't possible. We had to wait for almost 2 hours at the the desk and at the end they said ohh no you need a credit card . I don't know why reseraway.com they charge 17.50£ for fals bookings . This company is a scam

Insurance lied about on the site

You site offered me the max insurance "Best" which would have no deposit required ....when I got to Drivalia to collect the car - a deposit was required and additional insurance to remove the excess.

Drivalia were excellent - unfortunately your site misled me. I will not be doing that again.

Repeat customers saving money!

Well looking for the best deal for a car rental in Palm Springs, one of my searches brought up Reservaway.com. My wife and I had never used this website before and were hesitant to try it as the deal they offered for a two week rental was almost 300 dollars cheaper than any of the other deals we had found. It turns out the rental was from Thrifty for a full size unspecified car and we had to pay in advance. We ended up with a brand new Volkswagen Taos. It was a wonderful experience and we’re going to rent through Reservaway.com right after I finish this review.

Needed something reliable for mountain…

Needed something reliable for mountain driving and they delivered. The SUV handled the weather perfectly, and pickup at DEN was smoother than I expected. Honestly one of the better rental experiences I’ve had.

Didnt accepted my Credit Card

Didnt accepted my Credit Card, said it is possible to get me insurence for another 200€ and Deposit me with 200€. I ended up without a car in the middle of marakech

Picked up my car at MIA and the whole…

Picked up my car at MIA and the whole thing felt surprisingly relaxed. No pressure, no weird upsells. The car was clean, smelled fresh, and the price was exactly what I expected. Honestly a very easy start to my trip.
