Horrible app! If you are offered this app as a way to receive an instant refund when returning an item to a site that partners with them, do not use unless you want your refund money to magically disappear! The customer service folks are nice enough but the matter doesn't get resolved! Awful!

The product was promised to be delivered within 3–5 days. A month has already passed. Still no product — only repeated promises to reschedule the delivery. Not possible to reach over the phone, no calls back. Very unprofessional customer communication. Lies about delivery terms. This situation deserves to be written up as a case study on poor conduct and communication. Good that they transfered back money.
