We ordered two coffee tables in March and at first they said they were delayed in delivery and then they stopped answering. We spent over 500 pounds, there is no reply and by now I feel I have to report as fraud to the police! A really bad scam
Do not buy from this shop. I think it is a scam. Haven't delivered our item, and all of a sudden the website has disappeared and phone lines don't work
The items took many weeks to arrive and when it arrived it was broken. I’ve contacted the customer service and the person I’ve spoken to was very kind (only reason why I gave 2) and told me they would have sent a replacement quickly and after 4 weeks now I still haven’t received anything, not even a dispatch email.

Hi, Please accept my sincere apologies for the bad service. I was on the understanding that the team had notified you that we were awaiting a batch from the manufacturer that could be confirmed to be in good condition and not broken inside. The issue appears to be that the majority of orders for this product also include the pot and not just the bottom plate giving extra padding to the packaging. I will refund your order immediately. Again please accept my apologies.
