Five stars all the way for JLL! I have just completed a two-year tenancy managed by them, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one right through to moving out, the entire process was seamless, professional, and entirely stress-free.
A special, massive shout-out goes to Enoch, who was my main point of contact throughout the two years. Enoch was absolutely fantastic. Whenever I had a query or needed assistance, he was incredibly responsive, proactive, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. It is rare to find a property manager who is genuinely this attentive and supportive.
If you are looking for an agency that actually cares about its tenants and delivers top-tier service, I highly recommend JLL. Thank you, Enoch, for making my time in the property such a great experience!

This company has extremely poor customer services and discriminates people based on their place of birth.
This was reported to the police as a racist abuse and legal action will be taken.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from these people.

Chris Chan was very helpful and very polite. Throughout the longer tenancy ha has always replied to my emails very quick and the process of me getting any support or maintenance in the flat was quick, smooth and with keen eye to delivering quality solutions and works. Chris was very engaging, and clearly cares about maintaining a high standard both landlords and tenants need. At the end of the tenancy the communication was still great and he helped secure my deposit promptly!!! We have worked quite well in a long tenancy will not be easy to find another agent like him!!!

Always a positive experience with the agency, thanks to our property manager Yezi, who handles any issues with the flat so timely and efficiently!

Keely Wesley is a highly responsible manager. He is diligent and dedicated in his work.I communicate with him very easily and enjoy contacting with him for my property.

JLL has been doing a good job for managing my apartment that has been leased out for many year. Ms Keely Wesley (Senior Property Manager) has been dealing on issues that requires attention professionally and has been very responsive to any queries or information that I require from time to time. With her, I do not have to worry about any issues as I know for sure, she will have it sorted directly unless approvals are required.

Terrible rental experience with Qing at Greenwich branch. Lazy, unprofessional and utterly basic. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience with Lily Wang over the past three years. She has always been attentive, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever any issues came up!
