ResoFlow is a booking and venue platform made in the UK for independent restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs. Our line is simple: start with bookings, grow into the rest. At its heart is online table booking that looks like your venue, not like us. Guests book from your website, Google or social media, and get clear confirmations and reminders by email and text. You see everything in one place: a live list and timeline of the day, a floor plan, a waitlist, and a guest book that remembers your regulars. ResoFlow helps protect your tables too. You can take deposits, ask for a card for no-show protection, or let bigger groups send a request for you to approve. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, so the money is always yours. When you're ready to do more, it grows with you: gift cards, ticketed events, ordering and paying at the table, collection and delivery, email marketing, a staff rota, and reports on how your venue is doing. There's also Rezo, our friendly assistant, to help you set things up and answer questions as you go. There's a free plan to get started, and paid plans from £39 a month, with no long contracts. Highly recommended

We signed up to ResoFlow to find a better way to schedule our rotas, and it's been good enough that we're now looking at moving our bookings onto it too. The customer service has been great. It's clear they're focused on supporting small independent businesses, which makes a refreshing change from the big booking platforms that overcharge. I'd highly recommend.
