Terrible refund procedure I'm afraid
Terrible refund procedure I'm afraid, it's taken weeks and weeks. Finally told my refund had been issued and that was 10 days ago. I was told that refunds are issued once a week which is fine but I have the distinct familiar feeling they hope customers will give up. Such a shame as nothing wrong with the product as such, the clothes simply didn't fit correctly.
