unsafe mediation.

Offering mediation when clearly there is no expertise in this field. I had to endure this person while at Dorset and Wiltshire fire service and was shocked at the approach and lack of intelligence and understanding this person brought to the situation.
When th mediator says ‘ well, British culture is based on taking the p*^s out of each other’. You know the bullying and harassment mediation session isn’t going to go well, which it didn’t. I suspect this person is self qualified. Avoid!!!
