A little more firmer than my previous Respa Ardmore mattress hence why I didn't give 5 stars.

Well built quality

Disappointed with initial odour of bed. Was told it was manufacturing off-gassing odour but have never experienced this when buying previous mattresses. For this reason would be reluctant to buy Respa again.

There is a terrible musty smell off the mattress. I looked it up on the internet and found out that it goes eventually but I think the mattress shouldn’t be sold until the smell is gone. I have always bought Respa beds and mattresses and never had this problem. Otherwise very comfortable.

Great mattress. Very comfortable. Bought for my son’s new bed and he really likes it.

Both mattress and Bed are very high quality

jUST ADORE THIS MATTRESS. BOUGHT FROM LOCAL SHOP AND THE MEDIUM FIRM MATTRESS IS PERFECT FOR BOTH OF US. iTS HIGH AND SHEETS FIT IT REALLY WELL. WE HAVE BOTH HAD GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP ON IT SINCE WE GOT IT. WISH WE HAD BOUGHT IT SOONER

I bought a respa signature pillow top mattress which cost a lot of money, this is the worst mattress I have ever had. I have yet to have a full nights sleep on it and am in bits in the morning with pains everywhere. No comeback from this company at all. Stay away. So disappointed ☹️
After I first bought the mattress and was very disappointed I contacted your company and was told to contact the retailer where I bought the mattress who then contacted you to make the complaint and was told there was nothing they could/would do for me. My retailer then passed this message on to me and said that was all that could be done. So so disappointing, such bad customer service. Can’t even get to speak to someone in the company😞

I had to return the single mattress to shop as I found it too hard to sleep on. The mattress itself was cooling, but when I used a mattress topper to give a softer surface, it increased the temperature due to the memory foam within mattress.

Purchased a Respa Pocket 1200. The mattress has a strong synthetic smell since Day 1. Took delivery 9 days ago, have removed bedding and aired it a lot with open windows but it is still unacceptably smelly. Very disappointed with our new mattress. Have given 2 stars as it’s very comfortable apart from the smell. Have never had this issue in 24 years of purchasing mattresses.

Not happy customer. I have had respa mattresses for years, bought a 1400 imperial a few weeks ago, and am not sleeping well at all. No comeback with this company. If the bed isn't faulty, no return, no compromise. The bed has memory foam top (which i didn't realize on buying, as neither of previous mattresses had). I'm overheated, irritated, getting headache from the heat. Changed duvet, sheets etc as advised but to no avail. Retailer isn't going to help either. I will now have to go and purchase another mattress elsewhere as i haven't slept well for the last week.

My second Respa mattress purchase. Comfortable, good value for money because it lasts so long. The previous one was used for 16 years. I would always recommend.

Not impressed. I have been turning he mattress as per manufacturer instructions but after a month from the purchase my back started to hurt badly as the mattress is not even. Respa gel mattress is very uncomfortable and I would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing for my back problems.Was my dream come true.I never ever had a mattress like that.Very high recommendations.Thank you so much for my dream mattress.

The mattress offers great support and is very comfortable. I'm sleeping much better on it. The one thing to note is that when I registered it online I expected an email confirmation of same. Nothing forthcoming immediately so I took a screenshot of the "Thank you for registering...." page as a precaution. Ten days later I received an email confirmation!

Very deep comfortable mattress at a good price. Company I bought it off have great customer service and a pleasure to deal with

Mattress is supposed to be medium firmness. Tested in shop felt great. Spent £1000 on letho model and when delivered it was hard as a board. Can’t sleep on it.
