Brilliant customer service, exceptional attention to detail. They always have a wonderful choice of frames so you can really express yourself as well as look after your eyes. All backed up by thorough testing and screening.
I had an eye test and new lenses are needed. Chris showed me all the options and I settled for new lenses in current frames and Chris is going to contact me when the lenses are available, so I can pop in and get them fitted while I wait. Excellent service!
As my eyesight has deteriorated and changed, I wanted to try a higher end product than the usual high street chains. Chris from respectable looked after me from start to finish and I am very happy with the product. could not recommend more.
Respectacle is so much more than your average opticians. If you love glasses that are a little different, with unusual designs, fabulous colours and real personality, this is the place to go.
I’m now the proud owner of four pairs of glasses from Respectacle, which probably tells you everything you need to know about how much I love them!
What really sets them apart, though, is the wonderful team. Every member of staff is brilliant. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely passionate about helping you find glasses that suit you. There’s absolutely no hard sell or pressure to spend more. Instead, you get honest advice, a great eye for what works and the feeling that they really care about getting it right.
The quality of the frames is exceptional, and the choice is refreshingly different whilst the lenses are the best Ive ever had and with varifocals thats really important. It’s lovely to find an independent optician where individuality, quality and good old-fashioned customer service really matter.
I actually look forward to choosing new glasses now, although with four pairs already, I probably ought to exercise a little restraint!

The eyewear is expensive compared to other places online. But I believe you get what you pay for. I’ve had my frames for about 3 years now and they look as good now as the day I purchased them.
