A Problem Rapidly Sorted
I ordered some equipment late one night. I got an immediate email in response, but heard nothing more. After a couple of days I sent an email asking about deleivery dates. First thing the next morning I got a call from the company, a guy called Matt, if I remember correctly. He said they had sent further emails, but for some reason I had not recieved them. Then he told me that my equipment would be delivered between 4 and 5 that afternoon. It was. All sorted!

Easy to find product and delivers on time
The product was easy to find on your website and you always deliver as instructed and on time. The only small matter was the inner package and instructions arrived a little damp and needed drying out. Product was fine.

I was unsure if this was a genuine company/site given the low price of the filters compared to other companies, but to there credit the product is genuine and got delivered the next day.
I shall definitely use the service again when required.

It is a shame you did not get on with the UCI moulded mask as you received your order within 16hrs of ordering. The mask you ordered is widely used in industry across many sectors and has been for atleast 15 years with many companies and face fit testers enjoying the good face fit qualities with the soft flexible face seal. When fitted correctly the mask would provide excellent fit. If a good seal was not present, it may well be the case that this mask either was not fitted correctly or was perhaps to big for the face / face shape. Not every mask fits every face shape.
Great service
Great service. DPD tried to deliver twice over a weekend (we are a business and only open Mon to Fri) and then sent the masks back. Called to explain and replacement masks were sent out with no extra charge.
