These mouth strips are the best I have tried. I forget I have one on until I try to speak. They fix on firmly but are gentle on my skin. I do make a tiny fold in one corner so that I can remove the strip quickly if needed, but that is my choice, it stops me from panicking if I need to remove strip in the night. No unpleasant scent to the strips either. Love them.

I feel more rested since using both mouth tape and nose strips.

Not worth it. The product quality let me down — the mouth tape lacks a breathing slit and the nose strips repeatedly came unstuck overnight. More concerning was the customer service experience. Cancelling a subscription is difficult, the site offers no clear unsubscribe option, and my next shipment was processed without warning. When I queried it, I received policy quotes instead of help.

Really disappointing experience overall.

The product is good, I have tried many and most others dont stick or are not good for your skin or simply dont work. This one is gentle on skin, stays on and prevents mouth breathing. I like it enough to pay for it for a friend who cannot afford, she just wants a good night sleep. Should be simple hey.

Be careful. Tricky marketing from company sets you up with an ongoing subscription. I had wanted to try a 3 month supply and 3 months later was debited for another order for my “subscription” When I emailed them asking for a refund they said it’s been longer than 30 days so I can’t get a refund!
I had also tried the nasal strips- don’t waste your time or money as they fall off all the time

I got in touch with respite when I started to develop an irritation which I believed was due to the adhesive. Respire were amazing and advised there had been a production issue and refunded me immediately. I had amazing customer service and have recommended this product to many of my friends and family

Respire is simple to use, comfortable to wear and I gives a great night sleep!

As per a lot of other customers i got caught out with an unexpected “Subscription”..
Beware if you think you’re only buying one purchase. Next month you can expect another payment to come out of your account! I’m sure this isn’t an accident that this happens as they are guaranteed another sale. As soon as i got the email confirmation that i had apparently ordered another lot i emailed straight away to cancel as i had obviously not ordered it, followed by another 2 emails.. No surprise that I didn’t get a response until the supposedly new order had been sent.
Pretty disappointing, and feels like i got scammed.. I’m hoping that I save someone else from making the same mistake i did as leading up to Christmas money is at a premium and I definitely could have spent it elsewhere.

This company uses tricky marketing tactics to sell you their product to trail, and at the same time signs you up to a subscription based model where they automatically sell you their tape products every 3 months. They have done this to me and refuse to refund me even though the product had not been shipped. Don't use this company.

I’ve had significant changes in my health with the constant use of Respire mouth tape. Can’t SLEEP without it!!

I have tried several mouth tapes. The key is in the adhesive. After a night of good sleeping with my CPAP therapy mask, I remove my mouth tape in the morning and Respire mouth tape comes off more easily than the others I have tried. I will stick with Respire, no pun intended😁.

I’ve only been using Respire mouth tape for one month but I could see and feel a difference! Less daily neck pain, lower minutes awake on my sleep app and a change in my jawline (more defined). Don’t want to sleep without it!

If you haven't heard how important breathing through you nose is for HEALTH reasons... check out the work of James Nestor and then go buy some of these strips.. we tried the cheap ones from Amazon, we tried just using micropore... but really? None of them work as well as these do. They are not super sticky - but they don't fall off or come unstuck in the night, and are easy to remove in the morning with no sticky residue. highly recommended.

Total game changer for my wife and I. No longer do I wake up with nudge bruises.

It automatically signed me up to a subscription I did not request and charged my credit card. Then it was very difficult to cancel it and I'm pretty tech/online savvy. Very scammy process. Also the tape did not work as well as others I had tried. I will not be using it at all.

I’ve been really impressed with Respire’s nose and mouth breathing strips. The product itself works exactly as described, but what really stood out to me was their customer support. One of my orders went missing in transit, and Respire not only helped track it down, but also sent a replacement in a timely manner.

There was a bit of confusion around the order at first, but their team clearly explained what had happened and it turned out the issue was with the carrier, not on their end. Even so, they still took responsibility for making it right, which built a lot of trust for me.

Overall, Respire is doing an excellent job with both product quality and communication. I feel very confident in both the breathing strips and the team behind them, and wouldn’t hesitate to order again or recommend them to others.

Best mouth tape so far.
Its width and elasticity are great and it covers well.
In winter, when lips can be dry and fragile, I always put some lip balm before the tape. It keeps the lips moisturised, does not affect the performance of the tape and makes the removal much better

I started out by using black strips but they were very sticky and painful to take of, using my resmed machine it was hit and miss as to how many episodes I would have.
Since using respirator my episodes have never been more than 1. Happy days (and nights)

Really like using the strips, feel I’m getting better quality sleep. Packaging etc all very neat. Very comfortable to wear.

Nothing beats it. Having read about mouth breathing and realising how much it had (and was continuing) to negatively affect my life, health and relationships (my constant snoring and gagging moved my wife to a separate room) - I experimented with surgical tape but with very mixed results.
The softness, flexibility and gentle but firm adhesion (even with a moustache) of Respire strips is truly the answer to my hopes and dreams of sleep that helps not hinders my life.
Sadly too late to rescue my marriage - but here’s to a longer, healthier future…
