I can’t even say one thing good about this they don’t even deserve 1 star waited 11/2 for my item say it’s easy to return and yet I paid 60 dollars for body shaper’s that r to big just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and all they did was give 5 dollars in refund wtfff they say it’ll take to long to return it I can pay shipping to return it but I’ll cost me a lot or keep what they gave me gift to a friend that’s not what their return policy says they’ll do

Very unreliable website. Respondvi sent me the wrong product. I have photographic evidence, I have screenshots, I have confirmation emails. But they just email me a reply "the shipment department tells us it was correct"But it wasn't. But even then, Respondvi advertises as having 100% risk free returns policy. But they won't let me return it. Brand new. Unused. Absolutely unreliable.

I ordered a few weeks ago. They have a keychain in which you can chose "a" "b" or "c" for the saying when you order. I ordered saying b for my best friends bday, which it said on my order confirmation. Upon arrival 3 weeks later I noticed it said something different. So I sent off an email and all they said was "our shipping dept checked and you have what you ordered" okay well my eyeballs checked and no, I don't. I sent the screenshots of both their own website showing their item selections and then my order confirmation of which one I ordered. They refuse to make it right.

So unless you're willing the take the risk of getting the wrong item and them refusing to make it right...do not order from them.

That being said- the other things I ordered were correct for what that's worth.

I ordered March 24,2023. Site and email says I was charged 47. I was charged 57. Still haven't received my order. This is ridiculous. I have emailed them today we'll see if they reply. I should've looked them up first on Trustpilot. Seeing the other reviews has me even more nervous now.Hopefully their team will respond. Then I will update my review. Fingers crossed

Frauds! Charged me more then my order confirmation amount and will not respond to any emails.

Do not purchase from respondvi. They do not stand behind their products and once they have your money, they will not respond to you. Website states no problem with refunds but will not give you money back or give you address to return product

The garment arrived and it did not fit right. They said that I received the "correct garment" and refuse to accept it back or issue a refund.

This company is awful. Do not buy from them!

Scammers. Item never arrived. I’m still trying to get a reimbursement. They’re frauds. Avoid.

I am a satisfied customer. I ordered items on the 12th November and I was concerned when trying to track my parcel. I sent an email to the seller and he/she immediately replied and was so helpful. I got a reply every time I sent an email and I really appreciated. I received my order and I am so happy as I need to give as gifts. Thank you Respondvi team.

Lacking in customer service! I placed an order for 2 ornaments shortly after Thanksgiving. After 3 weeks of no shipping notifications I emailed in regards to my order. They emailed back that "Due to that the highly infectious Omicron variant of the novel corona virus has impacted the shipment speed", is this excuse even legit anymore? I still don't have my ornaments even though they have supposedly been shipped. I have asked for a refund 4 different times and each time they dodge my request. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! SCAM

I ordered 5 Christmas Balls from this company. There was only 2 that were useable as the others were really dinted. The box that they come packaged in was really squashed. I have contacted the company backwards and forwards many times and they have told me to send them back to me at my cost and if they’re damaged I won’t get any refund. They will be damaged as that’s how I received them . Their refund that they have offered me is an absolute joke compared to what I have payed to purchase the items. Don’t buy off these people they are a joke to deal with!!!
