After giving much thought to the idea of Equity Release and learning that Responsible Life are highly recommended, I embarked on my journey! I was very fortunate to meet Tracy James, FA who has been amazing. Tracy was very interested in getting to know me and my situation and took time and care to ensure that I fully understood the whole procedure and whether Equity Release was right for me. At no time was I pressured into making a decision. Tracy was very professional, kind and patient throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I first met Paul nearly 2 years ago, when I first looked at equity release. I found him honest and helpful. I thought I’d go with the release with him at that time. But changed my mind during the process. Mostly I thought I would manage without. As it’s a big decision to take. So now one year on and a lot of thoughts. I decided to contact him again about equity release. He was helpful and honest, told me the disadvantages. So I have now decided to do it with no hesitation.I can recommend him to anyone who thinks seriously about it.

From start to finish our equity release enquiries went very smoothly, Susan our FA was very knowledgeable about the subject, and helped us through the whole process start to finish. She just extruded calmness, professionalism and humour throughout the entire long drawn process, was very easy to talk to and with.
